Tulsa Arts District offers a variety of parking modes. If you park on the street, in a lot or a garage, you are seldom more than two to six small city blocks to your destination. The walk to your destination is filled with others enjoying their visit to the district as well.
The primary offering is street/curb side parking. Street parking is limited to two-hours from 8 am–5 pm Monday through Friday. These parking areas are enforced between 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday except for official holidays.
You should be mindful that loading zones are limited to commercially tagged vehicles. White striped "No Parking" areas are also enforced per city ordinance. Under city ordinance, certain areas such as those designated for handicapped parking, blocking of public or private driveways and fire zones—to name a few—are subject to enforcement 24-hours per day—365 days per year.
There are also parking lots and garages available on a limited basis. These are recommended for visitors over two hours.
Some parking lots are available for specific businesses ONLY. These lots are clearly marked with restrictive signage. Improperly parked cars will be towed to Storey Wrecker Service at the Vehicle Owner's expense.
METER PARKING WITH ParkMobile APP
Parkers are able to use coins, credit card or the ParkMobile APP to pay for parking. Look for the stations designated by signs as illustrated. You may use any station in the Parking Zone #3210. Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need your license tag number as you are paying to park your vehicle in the designated zone—NOT a particular spot. For instructions on how to download the APP, please visit www.parktulsa.com. All legal spots including handicapped spots incur a parking fee of $.25 per 15 minute increment—accrued rate of $1.00 per hour. Credit card and App payment require a one hour minimum.
Premium Parking
Premium Parking operates the Arts Parking Lot at 120 N. Boulder. Daily rates are currently $8.00 M-Th. and $10 on Weekends – Fri, Sat, Sun. We do offer a discounted $5.00 2-hour rate M-Th. for lunch or dinner. Employees and district members are eligible for 10 – 30% discount on monthly rates.
AMERICAN PARKING
American Parking operates the North Parking Garage which is located at 15 South Main Street, Tulsa, OK 74103—the corner of Main and First Street.

FOR SPECIAL EVENTS American Parking operates at Cameron and 311 N Boulder. Each lot has its fees posted. Parking is $5.00–$20.00 and payable on entry.
SECURE PARKING
Secure Parking USA operates the Living Arts lot at 209 N Detroit Ave and Reconciliation lot at 302-322 N Elgin Ave.
Parking is available 24/7 at the Living Arts lot and 8 am-8 pm every day at Reconciliation lot. For both, rates start at $2. (event rates may apply).
Payments are made online via Secure-A-Spot or by scanning the QR codes located in the lots.
